"Nokia has released plans for releasing support for its customers to watch live TV on their mobile phones. The system uses a standard known as Digital Video Broadcast-Handheld or DVB-H. The plan is to sell flat rate subscriptions to regular broadcast television over the phone networks, as well as offering special pay-per-view events, such as major sports matches. Currently the system is being tested in 40 different markets worldwide."
